Since the year 2009 has been declared the INTERNATIONAL YEAR OF ASTRONOMY (UN, UNESCO, the International Astronomical Union), and is also the year in which we celebrate the 130th anniversary of Milutin Milanković’s birth, the Festival Board has decided on a theme which is both universal and fairytale-like, topical and imaginative, making it ideally suitable for children.
